, About Us

Tim Gourley

Founder & CEO

im earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. He began his career in the technology arena as a Programmer for a national consulting firm  where he focused on developing enterprise systems for Fortune 500 companies.

In 1996 Tim left the programming field and joined Kforce Professional Staffing (Source EDP) as a Technical Recruiter. There he expanded Kforce’s technology practice by bringing on high-profile clients primarily in software, services and financial services industries.

Tim consistently ranked in the top 5% of his peer group and attained Performer’s Club and Board honors. Because he wanted to relocate back to Connecticut and start a family, Tim left Kforce to form East Coast Search LLC.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys running, coaching youth soccer, UCONN athletics and spending time with his family and friends.

Lonnie deMarco

Talent Acquisition

Lonnie started her career on GE’s Engineering Leadership Program and later worked as an Aerospace Engineer for GE Aviation.  During her time as a technical leader, she had the opportunity to recruit, develop and evaluate employees, paving the way for a transition into Human Resources.  Lonnie was named as the Manager of Recruitment Operations for the GE Leadership Programs in 2007. She has also served as Manager for GE Corporate’s IT Leadership Program and has worked as a Senior Specialist in GE Energy’s Leadership & Employee Development Organization.

Lonnie has been with East Coast Search since 2014 and has successfully leveraged her background and education to find highly qualified candidates for technology and industrial sector positions.  Her previous Fortune 500 and Corporate Recruiting experience have made her an excellent partner to our clients, as she is able to add value by sharing best practices in addition to sourcing exceptional talent.

Lonnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University.  She has also earned her Staffing and Selection Certification from Cornell University.
