No, sometimes the best time to look is when you are not pressured to accept an offer and you can truly explore the market.

We offer direct placement and contract (contingency) employement options. 

Also, for those looking or career coaching, we also offer packages to help quick start your search.

What happens after I submit my resume?

If you look like a match for the position you submitted your resume for, we will contact you to learn more about your background, skills, and salary requirements.

Your resume will also be come part of  our database.  Our team may contact you in the future is opportunities open that may fit your background.

If I am looking for a job do I need to pay a fee?

No, our fees are paid by the clients we represent.  The only time a fee will be paid by a job seeker is if he or she actively engages with one of our consultants for our career concierge programs.

Do we offer a guarantee?

For client companies each placement comes with a guarantee.  Your client manager will be able to work with you to build a custom guarantee.  Typical guarantees include a 90 day probation period and reduced rates for longer tenures.
