Timothy Gourley, Founder
Originally from Connecticut, Tim earned his BS in Business
Administration from the University of Connecticut. He began his
career as a Computer Programmer for a national consulting firm in
Connecticut and Massachusetts where he focused on developing
enterprise systems for Fortune 500 companies.
In 1996 Tim left the programming field and joined Kforce
Professional Staffing (Source EDP) as a Technical Recruiter. There
he expanded Kforce’s technology practice by bringing on high-profile
clients primarily in software, services and financial services
industries, and represented companies such as 3COM, IBM, Accenture,
Scudder Kemper Investments, Brown Brothers Harriman, AEW Capital
Management, Manulife, MFS, Staples, Dell, and Akamai.
Tim consistently ranked in the top 5% of his peer group and he
consistently attained Performer’s Club and Board honors. Because he
wanted to relocate back to Connecticut and start a family, Tim left
Kforce to form East Coast Search LLC.
In his spare time, Tim enjoys training for triathlons, UCONN
athletics, and spending time with his family and friends.Kendra Stanton, Partner
Kendra earned her BA degree in Accounting from Cedarville College.
She began her career as a Mutual Fund Accountant in Massachusetts
for one of the largest banks in the world.
In 1997 Kendra left the Accounting field and joined Kforce
Professional Staffing (formerly Source Finance) as a
Finance/Accounting Recruiter. She developed a strong network of
Finance/Accounting professionals such as; Staff Accountants,
Auditors, Controllers, Tax Accountants, and Mutual Fund Accountants
for Fortune 500 companies in the Boston area.
Kendra then went on to provide consulting services to several high
tech companies and gained invaluable corporate recruiting experience
for clients such as; Textron, Ziff Davis, IRI, 3COM, Brodeur,
netGenesis, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
In her spare time, Kendra enjoys traveling, reading, and her two
children.
